THE DURON FAMILY BAND
Alberto S. Molina Sr.
Drums
Biography
Alberto is a Hispanic music enthusiast and at an early age of 20, became a percussion fanatic. As an admirer of all music genres, his passion for percussion instruments fascinated him with musicians like the Eagles, the Doors, Eric Clapton, and a multitude of Mexican/American aficionados of the 70s. As he grew older and joined various local Hispanic bands throughout Western Michigan, that Latin beat continued. His dreams of endless popular styles of related rhythms were so enriching with his learning and appreciation of music, he honed his craft! In the 80s, Alberto joined the Duron Family Band, which included Latin styles and Polkas. Mix that Latin beat with a generous amount of groovy jazz, rock-n-roll, blues, and old fashioned Country and you have the Duron Family Band that without a doubt will keep your toes tapping and your body swinging!
